Ainara Aldecoa is a seasoned language specialist and educator with extensive experience in language teaching and human resources. Currently working as a Language Specialist at Language Lab Basel since January 2024, Ainara has held long-term positions as a Language Teacher at Club School Migros and a Language Trainer at inlingua Basel AG since July 2016 and August 2012, respectively. Notable prior roles include HR and Recruitment Leader at Indivi, where responsibilities included recruitment and employee development for operations in Switzerland, Spain, and the US, and multilingual project management roles at Multilingua and Telelingua Translations USA, focusing on translation and linguistic quality assurance in the medical and clinical research sectors.
