Lee Walker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Research Intern at Western Kentucky University, conducting research on the use of Facebook in personnel selection and developing a model for professionalism. From 2016 to 2017, Lee worked as an Associate in Client Service Operations at Morgan Stanley, where they handled fixed income products and fostered relationships with clients and internal teams. In 2018, they served as the President of Stoked Maastricht, implementing structural changes and organizing events. In 2019, Lee worked as a Sommelier Trainee at Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, providing exceptional service in a 2-Star Michelin restaurant. Lee then transitioned to a teaching role, working as an English Second Language Tutor at Cambly Inc. and a TEFL Teacher at VIPKid. In 2020, Lee founded Lee's Cool Friends, where they interviewed and connected creatives worldwide. Currently, they are working as a Business Consultant and People Operations Manager at Club Capital. Throughout their career, Lee has demonstrated strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for education and service.

Lee Walker completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business: Organization: Management, Change, and Consultancy at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Salisbury University between 2011 and 2016. Additionally, they participated in the Semester At Sea / ISE program in 2015, studying Psychology and International Management.

As for additional certifications, Lee Walker obtained the Gusto Certified Payroll Advisor and Gusto Accelerator Program certifications from Gusto in October 2022 and September 2022, respectively. They also obtained the Fathom Certified Financial Advisor, Gusto Certified People Advisor, and Xero Accounting Certification in 2021. In 2020, they acquired the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE), as well as certifications in Deeply Practical Project Management from StackSkills and Leading with Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn. In 2017, they earned the Associate Professional of Human Resources Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Lastly, they obtained the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) 120-Hour certificate from We TEFL | Learn English as a Foreign Language in 2020 and the Certificate of Intercultural Competence from the Semester At Sea / ISE program in 2015. Recently, in October 2022, they also completed the Ignition Product Certification Program.
