Erin Shanley currently serves as the Field Service Manager at Club Assist, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held multiple positions at Pacific Smiles Group from May 2011 to December 2023, including Regional Operations Manager and Centre Manager, successfully managing operations and overseeing transition processes during site acquisitions. Erin began the career as Assistant Manager at the NIB Dental Centre in Parramatta, eventually acting as manager for the company's first dental centre in Canberra. Previous experience includes practice management at Summit Physiotherapy and Andrew Frame & Associates, where Erin implemented operational improvements and enhanced customer service culture. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Charles Sturt University, alongside various diplomas and certificates in business management, frontline management, and community services from TAFE NSW.
