Tej Sihra is currently involved in Third Party Management at CLS Group since April 2023. Previously, Sihra served in various roles at HSBC from July 2016 to April 2023, including Programme Lead for Third Party Management and Sanctions Design Lead within the Chief Control Office, delivering key regulatory-driven change projects. Prior experience includes leading the Williams and Glyn Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme at NatWest Group, and working as a Sanctions Name Screening Product Design Analyst at HSBC to ensure compliance with financial crime regulations. Early in the career, Sihra was a Business Consultant at Barclays, focusing on global risk change activities. Sihra holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham.
