Rebecca Lovell is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience leading HR functions across various organizations. Most recently, Rebecca served as Human Resources Director at SUSE, where responsibilities included advising the Chief People Officer and managing key strategic initiatives. Prior to that, at CLS Group, Rebecca held the role of Head of HR for the UK and Asia, overseeing compliance and local legislation while managing global change processes. Rebecca's diverse HR background also includes roles at Barclays, Babcock International Group, and Bournemouth Borough Council, with expertise ranging from strategic partnership to governance and recruitment. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Exeter and a BTech in Public Services from Brockenhurst College.
