Ajith Sreedhara has over 15 years of experience in the agricultural industry. Ajith is currently serving as the Head of Sourcing at Deep Rooted.Co. Prior to this, Ajith held the position of Head of Agriculture Sourcing at Freshcore Provisions Pvt Ltd-Superplum, where they provided leadership and direction to all agricultural operations. Ajith also worked as the Head of Agriculture Procurement at Fresh Greens Private Ltd-Indus Fresh, where they focused on developing a strong and sustainable network of farmers for the smooth supply of fresh fruits and vegetables. Ajith has also held managerial positions at Citrus processing India Pvt Ltd, Archer Daniels Midland, Bharti Walmart, Namdhari Seeds Pvt Ltd, and ITC Ltd, where they gained extensive experience in procurement, farmer management, extension services, and supply chain management.

Ajith Sreedhara started their education at St Annes High School in Sira, completing their SSLC degree from 1998 to 2001. Ajith then attended sarvodaya pre university college from 2001 to 2003, obtaining their PUC degree in Science. Ajith Sreedhara went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Agriculture from GKVK, graduating in 2007.
