Rohit Kandul currently serves as the Head of India Operations at Cloudwerx since January 2019, overseeing Human Resource Management and Operations while leading initiatives in talent acquisition, budgeting, change management, and senior leadership development. Previous experience includes roles as Development Team Lead at Cloudwerx, where Rohit managed Salesforce development projects, and as Salesforce Techlead at Extentia Information Technology, successfully implementing Salesforce solutions for clients in the education sector. Additionally, Rohit has a background in Salesforce development at Tavant Technologies and Cognizant Technology Solutions. Rohit holds an Executive MBA in Leadership and Strategy from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Sinhagad Technical Education Society's College of Engineering.
