Viktor Vanek has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Viktor founded CloudTalk.io in 2015, a smart cloud-based call center solution that provides exceptional customer support. Prior to that, they worked as a System Administrator at Elite Solutions, s.r.o from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they installed and configured servers, maintained a virtualized server environment, and troubleshooted server issues. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a System Specialist at GSM-R Network. In this role, they designed, implemented, secured, and troubleshooted networked devices, with expertise in Cisco and Alcatel TCP/IP active devices and Keymile SDH and PDH networks.

Viktor Vanek attended Slovenská poľnohospodárska univerzita v Nitre from 2007 to 2012. Viktor earned an Engineer's degree with a focus on Quality Management.
