Paul Craven is an experienced compensation and benefits professional with extensive expertise in reward strategy development and implementation. Currently serving as the Total Reward Director at CloudPay since November 2021, Paul previously held key roles at NTT Ltd. as a Principal Reward Specialist and Global Reward Specialist, where responsibilities included leading reward support for a large workforce and managing global compensation processes. Paul's earlier experience includes managing the reward function for Eversheds, leading the Compensation & Benefits team for Sanofi in the UK & Ireland, and serving as Compensation Director at GSK. Paul began a career in compensation analytics as a Compensation Analyst at Air Products. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Statistics from the University of Reading.
