Juan C. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Juan has held various leadership roles in different industries, showcasing their expertise in software development and management.

Juan started their career as a Managing Director at Papaqui, a food producer, where they oversaw operations from 2001 to 2005. Juan then moved on to CAPSI in 2005, where they worked as an IT Projects Coordinator, handling multiple projects for renowned clients such as BMW, Coca Cola, Gatorade, and Wyeth until 2009.

From 2009 to 2012, Juan worked at Grupo Bimbo as a DSD Solutions Architect, playing a crucial role in updating the DSD system, impacting the organization's sales and distribution.

Juan's next role was at Vault360, a specialized software house, where they worked as a Solutions Architect and later became the General Manager of Operations. During their tenure from 2012 to 2018, they led the team, managed customers and suppliers, ensured efficient operations, and established a vision and strategy for the company.

Afterwards, Juan joined Universal Communications Group (UCG) in 2018 as a Software Development Manager and Systems Development Manager. Juan was responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing the department's execution and budget control.

In 2019, Juan joined Yuki | Software as a Software Development Director, where they coordinated a cross-functional team involved in product development.

Juan's subsequent roles include Head of Engineering at Mitto in 2020, Head of Software Development at insendi from 2020 to 2022, and Sr. Engineering Manager at Koa Health from 2022 to 2023.

Currently, Juan holds the position of Engineering Director at CloudPay, starting in 2023.

Juan C. completed their education with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from SMC University between 2015 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad de las Américas, A.C. from 2009 to 2011. Their undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, they received a certificate in Teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2008 and 2009. Juan C. holds additional certifications in Enterprise Product Ownership and Program and Portfolio Management from ICAgile, obtained in 2018.
