Leena Giri has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Leena began with internships at All India Radio in 2011 and Digitronics in Pune in 2008. In 2014, they worked as a Techno Commercial Engineer for ITS Power & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and as a Freelance Content Writer, PR & Liaison Specialist for Impeccable Research Labs, where they were essentially involved in the creation, development, and editing of content for various activities related to company papers & presentables online marketing as well as front-end web development and managed reputation. In 2016, they became the HR & Marketing Head for IndEyes Infotech Pvt. Ltd. In 2021, they held the role of HR & Generalist for FairConstruct Construction Solutions Private Limited. Currently, they are the People Operations Manager for Zelta Tech and the Senior Human Resources Manager for CloudNuro.AI.

Leena Giri's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Electronic Technology for Sustainable Energy from Swansea University (2012-2013), a Diploma in Business Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (2010-2012), a BTech in Electronics & Telecommunication from Symbiosis Institute of Technology (2008-2012), and an Engineering Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (2006-2009). Additionally, they obtained a certification in Onboarding in the Hybrid/Remote Workplace from LinkedIn in December 2022.
