Omer Laufer is a highly experienced software engineer with a focus on backend development and telecommunications systems. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Cloudinary since September 2020, Omer previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to Cloudinary, Omer worked at AppCard, Inc. from April 2015 to September 2020 as Backend Team Leader and Senior Software Developer. Experience at Cisco Systems and Intucell involved developing telecommunication systems simulators and automation infrastructure for testing, with roles as a Software Developer in both companies. Omer's career began as a QA Engineer at NDS Limited, where responsibilities included developing testing tools and planning tests for various embedded smart-card projects. Omer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lev Academic Center, earned between 2008 and 2011.
