Celia Heywood has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Celia began their career as an Administrative Manager at Preucil School of Music in 1994. Celia then worked as an English Teacher at Threshold Training Associates before becoming an Educator at Caribbean School and Other Schools. In 2005, Celia joined Epiphany Clubs & Resorts as the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, where they managed operational details and was responsible for procurement and building Salesforce. In 2007, they became the Director of Sales Operations at First Data Corporation, leading the conversion of multiple CRM tools onto one global instance of Salesforce. Celia then served as VP of Sales Solutions at Bank of America Merchant Services, overseeing the selection, design, and administration of SaaS applications. Celia later founded Charm, Inc. and worked as a Senior Consultant at akaCRM, providing consulting services and expertise in Salesforce and other SaaS technologies. Celia then became a Senior Product Client Executive at RelationEdge, supporting customers in maximizing their return on investment in the Salesforce platform. Currently, they hold the role of VP - Managing Principal at Cloudforia, a Salesforce implementation partner focused on ensuring quality projects and providing ongoing support.
Celia Heywood obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating in 1991. Celia then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Secondary Education & Curriculum Development from the University of Iowa, completing their studies in 1997. In addition to their academic background, Celia also obtained certifications as a Sales Cloud Consultant from salesforce.com in September 2014, and as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator in August 2013.
