Hester Robertson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management, finance, and engineering. As the Founder of CloudForest since September 2016, Hester has guided initiatives in environmental sustainability and innovation. Hester also served as Project Manager at Landscape Finance Lab from October 2021 to March 2024 and contributed to the University of Edinburgh's 'Landscapes as Carbon Sinks' project from October 2019 to December 2020. Prior experience includes roles at BG Group, where Hester worked as Principal M&A Analyst and Lead Risk Analyst, and as an Economist involving economic valuations across various global locations. Hester's early career included an engineering position at Ramboll and academic achievements with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University and a Certificate of Post Graduate Studies in Computational Design Optimisation from the University of Cambridge.
