Laura Quiroz currently holds a position in Customer Development at Cloudflare since August 2023. Prior to this role, Laura served as Latam SB Sales Leader at Cisco from August 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included setting up and coaching a multicultural sales specialist team for the small business segment in Latin America. Additional roles at Cisco included Territory Business Manager focusing on the distribution route to market strategy for small businesses in Mexico, and Distributor SB Manager tasked with business development alongside Grupo Dice. Earlier in the career, Laura worked as a Channel & Sales Account Manager at Mitel Networks from 2009 to 2011. Education includes a degree from IPADE Business School and a degree in Operations, Strategy, and Information Systems from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, as well as a post degree in Information Security from the same institution.
