Doug Lavanchy currently serves as VP of Global Sales Enablement at Cloudflare, a position held since 2021. Prior experience includes senior director roles at VMware where responsibilities encompassed overseeing GTM operations and partner readiness, and leading significant enterprise-wide programs. At Cisco Systems, Lavanchy directed sales operations and enablement for the Americas and Japan, focusing on Salesforce management and operational efficiency. Early career experiences involved sales representation at Itochu Technology and teaching English through the JET program. Doug Lavanchy holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Japanese from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MA in Japanese from San Francisco State University.
