Victoria Roberts is a seasoned UX/UI Designer currently leading projects for enterprise clients at CloudCannon since October 2020, focusing on exceptional user experiences, UX research, design system management, and mentoring junior designers. Prior to this, Victoria worked as a Freelance Web Designer and Developer specializing in user-centric WordPress websites from December 2016 to September 2023, and as a Web Designer & WordPress PHP Developer at The Fold NZ from May 2017 to September 2020. Victoria has extensive experience in customer service management, having held various roles at iiNet and IBM Argentina, where responsibilities included staff coaching and team management. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Web Development and a background in Design and Applied Arts, alongside degrees in Hotel Business Management and Economics.
