Svetlana Yaksheneva is an experienced professional in the field of technical writing and business process management, currently serving as Partner Enablement Leader and Doc&Loc Team Leader at CloudBlue since September 2021. Prior to this, Svetlana held the position of Business Process Manager at Kaspersky from August 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included content strategy and process management. Previous roles also include Senior Technical Writer at Luxoft for Kaspersky, Leading Technical Writer at Positive Technologies Inc., Senior Technical Writer at Luxoft/IBM Software Development Center, and Documentation Team Manager at Parallels. Svetlana began a career at Intel Corporation as a Technical Writer, progressing from an intern to full-time roles. Svetlana holds a degree from Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod, completed in 2005.
