Boris Lubomirsky is an accomplished technology and customer support leader with extensive experience in managing operational excellence across various companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at CloudAware since October 2018, Boris has previously held senior roles including Senior Director, Head of Global Support at WorkFusion, where Global Support operations were established and managed for advanced product support. As a co-founder and Director of Managed Services at Cloudnexa, Boris introduced effective team processes that streamlined support operations. Additional experience includes serving as Support Manager at Freedom OSS, Project Manager at Standard & Poor's and GLESEC GROUP, along with roles in network management and security engineering. Boris holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University and an undergraduate degree from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
