Brian Smith is an accomplished finance and investment professional with extensive experience serving on the Board of Directors for multiple companies, including FindMine, Bacon Work, Zight, Claravine, and Alianza, Inc. Since January 2011, Brian has also held the position of Managing Director at Grayhawk Capital and Peninsula Ventures since January 2005. In addition to these roles, Brian has served as a Board Observer for Lucid Software Inc., Apptentive, and SyncHR. Brian holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
