Jose Ignacio Breton is a dedicated technology professional with experience in support engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Support Engineer at Cloud Storage Security since November 2022 and a Technical Support Specialist at Argeniss Software since November 2021. Previously, Jose Ignacio held roles as a Software Developer and Help Desk at SouthXChange, where expertise in C# and ASP.NET 4, as well as blockchain transactions and crypto asset management, was developed. A former QA Tester at Zalando SE, Jose Ignacio contributed to the NPS Project by analyzing KPIs for e-commerce and logistics.
