Jorrit De Locht is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience in mission and systems design at Cloud Imperium Games since November 2021. In the role of Mission Designer III and Systems Designer II, Jorrit has contributed to the design of large-scale floating platforms and the redesign of the New Player Experience tutorial. Previous experience includes serving as a Systems Designer I, focusing on modular Points of Interest and multi-kilometer platforms for the Siege of Orison world event. Prior to Cloud Imperium Games, Jorrit worked at The Fridge as a Gameplay & Level Designer, collaborating on game mechanics and interactive storytelling, and completed an internship in game design. Jorrit holds a Master’s degree in Game Design from LUCA School of Arts, earned between 2016 and 2020.
