Matthew Rapa has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Matthew started their career in 2009 as a Project Management/Consulting professional at Original Construction/Matthew Rapa Construction and worked there until February 2016.

In February 2016, they joined Nautilus Group, Inc. as a Superintendent and held the position until April 2017. Following this, they joined RAD Urban in April 2017 as a Senior Operations Manager. In May 2018, they transitioned to the role of Senior Modular Superintendent and was responsible for structurally installing and finishing factory-built modular units on project sites. Matthew also served as a conduit between the Factory Project Manager and Project Site Project Manager to handle quality control, delivery, scheduling, budget, and shipping needs. Matthew left RAD Urban in January 2021.

In 2021, Matthew joined Palisade Builders, Inc. as a Superintendent and worked there until March 2022. Currently, they are employed at Cloud Apartments, where they hold the position of Director of Construction since February 2022. Recently, they have been promoted to Vice President of Construction, starting in October 2022.
