Eric F. is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Youth Facilitator at Closer to Home Community Services since May 2023. Previously, Eric worked as a Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia, where responsibilities included qualitative analysis, manuscript writing, and presenting findings related to the impacts of COVID-19 and climate change on rural communities. During an Honours Thesis, Eric conducted the 2021 Student Wellbeing Study, utilizing surveys to explore undergraduate experiences. Additional experience includes positions as a Teaching Assistant in an Introduction to Psychology course, and landscaping roles at Life Force and Edenbrook, focusing on property maintenance and respectful graveyard care. Earlier roles as a Guitar Teacher and Biking Instructor highlight Eric's ability to nurture children's skills in music and cycling, ensuring a supportive and safe learning environment. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, completed in December 2022.
