Jon Betts is an experienced leader in the financial sector, currently serving as the Director of Central Operations for the Retail Division at Close Brothers since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jon held various senior positions at Close Brothers Motor Finance, including Head of Business Management and Planning, as well as Head of Specialist Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis. Jon's career also includes significant roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Santander Cards UK Limited, and GE Money, focusing on commercial finance management and operational leadership. Jon holds a degree in Business & Economics from Lancaster University and has completed CIMA education between 2006 and 2008.
