The Leadership Team at Clontarf Foundation is responsible for strategic oversight and operational management, ensuring the effective implementation of programs that improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem, and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men. The team includes the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Operations Officer – East, and the Chief Financial Officer, who collectively work to guide the foundation's growth, financial health, and regional operations across multiple Australian states.
