Vikul Gupta has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2014 as an Independent Researcher (Intel STS Finalist). Vikul then worked as a Consultant for Motif Technologies Inc. in 2016, followed by an Embedded System Engineer for We Care Solar in 2017. In the same year, they were a Summer Associate, Data Science at Noodle.ai, where they conducted exploratory data analysis on the SF311 and Crime datasets. Vikul presented their results to the mayoral action team, leading to future engagement between the company and San Francisco. In 2018, they were a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at Afresh, followed by a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon in 2019. In 2020, they were a Data Scientist at a Clean Energy Stealth Startup and a Machine Learning Intern at Hebbia.AI. Most recently, they worked as a Machine Learning Intern at TruEra in 2021, and is currently a Software Engineer at Clockwork Systems, Inc.

Vikul Gupta attended Oregon Episcopal School from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a High School degree. Vikul then attended Stanford University from 2016 to 2020, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Systems & AI). Vikul is currently attending Stanford University, and is expected to graduate in 2022 with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Optimization & Machine/Deep Learning).
