Kanchan Jaryal has been in the workforce since 2006, beginning their career as a Faculty at Aptech Computer Education. Kanchan then moved on to BTPU as a Java Trainee in 2011, followed by a role as Head Of Technical Department at Tech Hill Solutions in 2014. In 2020, they took on two roles, one as Support Associate at Clockwork and another as Energy Engineer at Livolt.

Kanchan Jaryal received their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU in 2010. Kanchan then went on to pursue their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the same institution and graduated in 2012 with a focus on Computers.
