Anes Brotlic has three years of work experience in software development. In 2019, they began working as a Software Developer for Maestral Solutions, Inc. In 2022, they joined COING Adria as a Frontend Developer, where they were responsible for creating solutions designed to help organizations excel at productivity and collaboration. Anes also worked at Clockify as a Frontend Developer, where they were responsible for time tracking and timesheet software with over 3.5 million users worldwide.

Anes Brotlic studied Computer Software Engineering at the Faculty of Information Technologies, University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar from 2016 to 2020 and earned a Bachelor's degree.
