Caroline Bowerbank is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management spanning over a decade. Currently serving as HR Director at Clive Owen LLP since April 2017, Caroline is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance employee experience across multiple offices. Previous roles include HR & Training Manager at Clive Owen LLP, HR Officer at St Teresa's Hospice, HR Consultant at Dimensions, and HR Business Partner at Serco. Caroline's career commenced with a role as Senior HR Officer at Hartlepool Borough Council.
