Pilar Solórzano Villanueva has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2015, they started their career as a Java Web Developer Jr at the National Electoral Institute (INE), where they were responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and performing unit tests for assigned modules. Pilar also gained experience in object persistence using Hibernate's annotations and implementing queries with Hibernate using Criterias, HQL, and SQL.

In 2017, Pilar joined Optimissa, Capital Markets Consulting as a Java Web Developer, specializing in microservices development, database transactions using JPA and Spring Data, and Soap Services development.

From 2019 to 2022, they worked at LGEC Sistemas Integración y Enlace as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on database design and creation using LiquiBase, and database transactions using JPA and Spring Data.

In 2022, Pilar briefly worked at Honeywell as a Senior Software Engineer.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Backend Engineer at Clip. Their responsibilities include maintaining and improving the company's core system, which facilitates payments between businesses and customers through terminals or links. Pilar utilizes AWS services such as S3, ECS, EC2, Lambdas, Dynamo, SQS, CodeBuild, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch. Pilar also designs and develops new features while resolving production issues.

Pilar Solórzano Villanueva's education history begins in 2007 when they attended the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. Pilar completed a degree in Técnico en Programación and studied at the institution for a duration of three years until 2010. Following that, Pilar enrolled at the same institution and pursued a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales. Pilar studied this field of study for a period of four years until 2014, which marked the end of their education journey.
