Martin Avila has worked in various roles in different companies such as Clip, Uber, Rackspace, and American Express. At Clip, Martin currently holds the position of Sr Strategy Manager, leading a team that provides analytics and reporting to support teams across LATAM. Previously, at Uber, Martin was responsible for analytics and reporting for the in-person support team in LATAM. At Rackspace, Martin worked as a Global incentives analyst, managing incentive payments to sales business partners globally. At American Express, Martin held roles such as Team Leader - Business Analytics and Team Leader business development, overseeing the analysis, design, and implementation of incentive plans for employees. Additionally, Martin has experience as a Project Manager Jr, Sales Business Analyst, and Sales Planning Intern, where Martin worked on project management and analysis in various commercial areas.
