John O'Connor has a diverse range of work experience in the legal technology industry. John started their career at LexisNexis Canada Inc. in 2011, where they worked as a Data Cleanser and later as a Tele-Sales Representative. In these roles, they gained experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and customer relationship management. John also played a role in coordinating training sessions for customers.

In 2013, John transitioned to the role of Account Executive at LexisNexis Canada Inc. Here, they implemented strategic sales plans, negotiated contract terms, and exceeded monthly quotas. John also provided market feedback to senior leadership and gained knowledge of the Canadian common law legal industry.

Since 2014, John has been working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. John started as a Sales Development Representative, where their responsibilities included helping law firms manage their practice through Clio's platform. John then progressed to the role of Account Executive, and later to the role of Strategic Business Development Rep.
