Ian D'Silva has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as a Sales Manager at Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company, since December 2017, where prior roles included Team Lead of Account Representatives and Account Representative. Before Clio, Ian worked as an Engagement Specialist at Top Hat for a short period in 2017 and served as Sales Manager and Account Executive at The FANchize Inc. from September 2014 to August 2017. In earlier career stages, Ian was a Recruiter at Quality Response Inc. from February 2012 to August 2015. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors in Human Resources Management and Services from York University, completed in 2015.
