Alana Sequeira has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Human Resources Intern at The SoHo Metropolitan Hotel & Residences in 2014. Alana then worked at Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp) as an Office Administrator from 2014 to 2016, and later as an Operations Manager from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they joined Cactus Club Cafe as a Manager in 2017, where they successfully led the service team and implemented initiatives to reduce employee turnover.
In 2018, Alana joined McCain Foods as an Account Executive, responsible for developing selling solutions, enhancing distributor relationships, and managing contracts. After that, they worked at Softchoice as a Territory Account Executive, where they built and strengthened client relationships, identified renewal and upsell opportunities, and hosted quarterly reviews.
In 2022, Alana moved to Affirm as an Account Executive, focusing on strategic accounts. Alana'sresponsibilities included managing client relationships and providing expert knowledge on the company's products. Currently, Alana works at Clio as an Account Executive, Cross-Sell, starting in 2023.
Throughout their career, Alana has demonstrated strong leadership skills, client management expertise, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
Alana Sequeira completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, they pursued a Postgraduate Ontario Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Humber College. Alana also obtained additional certifications in Introduction to Microsoft on Premise Products & Licensing from Microsoft, VMware Certification, and Veeam Certification from Veeam Software.
