Vivienne Shirley currently serves as an Associate Solicitor in Litigation at Clintons, an award-winning law firm in the West End known for its expertise in the media and entertainment sectors. Prior experience includes being a Trainee Solicitor at Charles Russell Speechlys, where Vivienne completed rotations in various areas such as Intellectual Property Litigation and Employment. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant positions at C|T Group and Chelgate Limited, focusing on complex public affairs campaigns, as well as a copywriting role at Strand Writing & Design that involved communications for multinational technology companies. Academic qualifications include a Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, a Master’s degree in Politics, Psychology and Sociology from the University of Cambridge, and an MSc from Henley Business School.
