Joy Secuban currently serves as the Chief of Strategy and Programs at the Clinton Foundation, overseeing significant aspects of the Presidential Center in Little Rock since August 2023. This role includes strategic direction for programming, operations, marketing, and employee supervision. Previously, Joy held various roles at the Clinton Foundation, including Chief of Staff in the Office of Chelsea Clinton and Director of Programming and Exhibitions. Joy's experience also includes a tenure at Mastercard as Chief of Staff for the Center for Inclusive Growth, as well as roles in community relations and development within organizations such as Alltel Wireless and the Arthritis Foundation. Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
