Joanna Paula Javinal is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Cliniqon since September 2022, and previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior to this, Joanna worked at Unitech Philippine Industrial Machinery as an HR & Admin Associate from June 2020 to September 2022, and at Pertconsult International as a Human Resources Analyst from November 2019 to February 2021. Joanna's career began as an HR Intern at BP Waterworks, Inc. from April 2018 to October 2020. Educationally, Joanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Development Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development Management at the same institution.
