Jertske van Voorthuizen serves as the HR Lead at CliniClowns since October 2022, contributing to the organization's HR strategies. Prior to this role, Jertske spent 15 years at The Onemeeting Company, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR and cultural policies as Manager HR & Cultuur, with a focus on aligning personnel placement with the company's service strategy. Jertske's earlier roles included HR Manager and HR Advisor within the same company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Strategic Human Resource Management from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, along with an atheneum diploma from Christelijk Lyceum Veenendaal.
