Shirin Masica, CMP, currently serves as Speaker Bureau Director and previously held the role of Speaker Bureau Program Manager at ClinicalMind since October 2020. Between January 2017 and October 2020, Shirin worked at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. as an Account and Speaker Bureau Associate. Prior experience includes serving as Meetings Coordinator at The Optical Society (OSA), where responsibilities encompassed coordinating numerous international and domestic conferences. Additional roles include Event Intern at SCAN of Northern Virginia and Meeting Intern at the International Council of Ophthalmology, as well as a position as Survey Statistician at the US Census Bureau. Shirin holds a Masters of Tourism Administration with a focus on Event and Meeting Management from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Jewish Studies from the University of Maryland.
