Mouhamadou Pene has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Mouhamadou started as a Marketing Representative at Affinity Health Plan in 2003 and later worked as a Retention Specialist at the same company. From 2005 to 2009, Pene worked as an Independent Contractor at Breakaway Courier Systems, where they delivered packages and maintained transportation logs. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Manager, Analyst, and Coordinator at Breakaway Courier Systems, where they oversaw courier services, financial growth analysis, and various operational aspects of the business. Pene then joined Time Warner Cable in 2014 as a Sales Support Lead and Dialer Coordinator/Operations Specialist, providing sales support and IT assistance. In 2018, they became a Workforce Management Admin at Charter Communications, responsible for scheduling, reporting, and auditing functions. After that, Pene worked as a Solutions Engineer at NobelBiz | Contact Center Technology, where they utilized their expertise in contact center technology. Currently, they hold the position of Contact Center Technology Manager at Clinical Trial Media, starting in 2023.
