Samantha Solis began their work experience in 2014 at 3M as a Coater Operator, where they were responsible for verifying hoist and motorized pallet jack functionality, ensuring machine settings matched process standards, and conducting extensive quality testing using Ares and Imass machines. In 2020, they joined ReedGroup, a Guardian Company, as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, they used LeavePro to initiate leaves of absences for employees of contracted companies and provided expert knowledge of complex state and company leave plans to diverse clients. Samantha also led the redesign and transition of the customer service team's knowledge base from Sharepoint to Confluence. Currently, Samantha is a Data Change Analyst I at Clinical Ink, starting in December 2021.
