Boyd Erika has a diverse work experience. Boyd was the Director of Health Information Management at Clinch Valley Health, where they managed the health information department. Boyd also worked as a Revenue Cycle Analyst at the same company, focusing on analyzing financial data.

Boyd then joined Ciox Health as a Client Service Representative in 2013 and continued in this role until 2022. Boyd provided support to clients and ensured their satisfaction with the services.

In 2014, Boyd worked as a Researcher at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, where they conducted research, although the duration of this role is unknown. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Appalachian Agency for Senior Citizens from 1996 to 2000.
