Chad Gerads is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Climatech since April 2017, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Operations Manager, Materials Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Procurement Specialist within the same company. Prior to Climatech, Chad worked at Nortech Systems as a Buyer from November 2014 to April 2017 and held a position in Operations Planning at Northland Fishing Tackle, focusing on forecasting and strategic sourcing. Chad's career began at First National Bank of Bemidji as a Customer Service Representative from May 2010 to February 2013. Chad earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Bemidji State University between 2008 and 2012.
