Rich Poincelot has extensive experience in the fields of mission-critical and industrial automation systems, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Climatec, LLC since July 1997. Poincelot manages key accounts while leading the design and implementation of custom PLC and DDC solutions. Previously, Poincelot held roles such as Service Account Representative, focusing on customer relationships and energy efficiency, and Senior System Specialist, specializing in building automation and integration, while also providing corporate training. Prior to Climatec, Poincelot worked at Becton Dickenson as an Industrial Automation and Controls Technician, enhancing manufacturing processes through hardware updates and PLC programming, and served in the United States Air Force as a METNAV Maintenance Technician, repairing navigational and meteorological equipment. Poincelot holds a degree from Florida State University and a CCAF in Computer Science.
