Mateusz Hoffmann is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly focused on youth participation, sustainability, and EU funding. Currently serving as a Project Management Officer at Climate-KIC, Mateusz supports the NetZeroCities initiative, which aims for climate neutrality by 2030. As a trainer for Democracy Reloading, Mateusz enhances youth engagement in local decision-making in Poland. Coordination efforts are also made at Foundation Sailing is eco, promoting sustainable tourism practices. Previous roles include project management within the DYPALL Network and Euro-Funding, alongside support roles in customer service and banking. Mateusz holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in European Studies from the University of Warsaw.
