Emily Crose Cabaniss is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Principal at Climate Impact Capital since 2016. Prior to this role, Emily held several positions at Baker Hughes from 2010 to 2016, including Integrated Product Line Manager and Innovation Manager, where responsibilities included the commercialization of solutions and overseeing technology developments for oil and gas applications. Emily also advanced the innovation investment strategy as a Senior Associate in New Ventures, managed engineering requirements as Requirements Engineering Manager, and contributed as a Systems Engineer. Earlier in their career, Emily worked as a Systems Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand and as a Design Engineer at Carrier Corporation. Emily holds an MBA from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
