Richard Millar is an accomplished professional in the field of climate science, currently serving as the Head of Adaptation at the Climate Change Committee since May 2018. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Senior Analyst in Climate Science and was an Oxford Martin Fellow at the University of Oxford from August 2015 to May 2019. Additionally, Richard worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Exeter between December 2016 and September 2017. Richard obtained a DPhil in Physical Climate Science from the University of Oxford, where academic studies spanned from 2012 to 2016, following the completion of an MPhys in Physics at the same institution from 2008 to 2012.
