Rosie Nix currently serves as a People & Culture Assistant and Talent Assistant at Climate Bonds Initiative, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rosie worked at Gallagher Bassett from October 2018 to June 2024, where responsibilities included serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and Human Resources Administrator. Rosie began a professional career at BMT in May 2008, taking on the role of Administrator until June 2017.
