Mohd Kashif started their work experience in 2020 as a Mathematics Teacher at Noorjahan Children School, where they worked until December 2022. In January 2023, they joined ClifyX as a US IT Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for technical positions in IT requirements. Mohd has strong experience working on JobDiva and is familiar with the full recruiting life cycle.

Mohd Kashif has a current education history that includes studying at Shibli National College in Azamgarh. Starting in 2022, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General. Prior to this, in 2017, they attended Noorjahan Children School, where they completed their 12th grade education. At Noorjahan Children School, Kashif focused on studying Mathematics and Computer Science.
